Technical Planning & Project Management
Gerasimos Politis is responsible for the technical and conceptual implementation of the projects. With over 25 years international experience in the construction industry, including more than 10 years as an engineer in Germany, he stands for precise planning and on-site project management.
He develops technical concepts, makes important decisions, and oversees projects from planning to successful implementation. Quality, efficiency, and practical solutions are always his top priorities.
Organization & Project Coordination
Kerstin Politis is responsible for the organizational and strategic implementation of the projects. With years of experience in an industrial company, she combines structure, overview, and clear communication – ensuring that plans translate into functioning processes.
She manages processes, coordinates workflows, and oversees projects with a clear focus on organization and efficiency. Reliability, transparency, and smooth cooperation are her focus elements.
